Mathias Vincent Christensen

Meet our new chef here

Mathias Vincent Christensen will from 2021 onwards stand for Pepita's culinary direction, based on a Nordic cuisine that, however, draws taste and inspiration from around the world. At Pepita, he will draw a menu characterized by the season and with the local ingredients as a starting point.

Mathias, who is 25 years old, comes from positions at e.g. Booted Katrine House and Bistro 1620. He is also a competition chef and participated in 2020 in the Potato Award and participates in the Souschef of the Year 2021 via the Danish Dining Guide.
